Kristen is a Program Coordinator for the Department of Student Philanthropy. In this role, she advises BuckeyeThon, the Student Philanthropy Council, and the Beanie Drake Scholarship Board. Kristen graduated from Ohio State with her bachelor’s degree in English in 2013 and received her teaching credentials from Otterbein University in 2017. Until 2023, she taught English Language Arts and Social Studies to students in grades 7-12. As an educator and advisor, she is dedicated to fostering personal growth, leadership, and an excitement for lifelong learning and involvement in the students with which she works. In her free time, Kristen loves to garden, hike with her two dogs, and read as many books as she can.
